Why was this app made?

With post pandemic fitness on the rise, the fitness landscape has evolved towards increased flexibility & accessibility.

Research findings?

Upon further research into the evolving fitness landscape, a lack of accessibility amongst some users was still prevalent.

   According to MyProtein 1 in 5 Brits can no longer afford fitness services due to either a lack of time or being unable to afford to use fitness facilities. 

The solution?

A free-to-use app that prioritises accessibility for all users by providing personalised exercise & diet routines regardless of age or fitness level. 

Increased Flexibility

To better accommodate to individual needs and preferences, Push offers increased flexibility through various forms. This includes personalised plans, workout customisation and adaptable training schedules all determined by the onboarding process.

With users having diverse goals, fitness levels and preferences, the ability to customise your workout routine and receive personalised recommendations can create a more engaging experience in addition to more attainable goals.

Providing clear and customisable progress tracking through various categories such as muscle groups will give the user a clear sense of progression
